repairing of inlet and outlet air pipe of this company phosphorus products extraction construction section 2BEC62 water ring vacuum pump.Repair scheme
and process are designed and implemented by our company,the repair material is BD725 high temperature anti wear abrasion resistant coating which
produced by our company,because the pump is phosphoric acid filtration vacuum pump,the cavitation of vacuum pump inlet and outlet is very serious even perforation,it has been optimized construction technology,reduced the construction costs by using this scheme.
BD725 high temperature fine particle anti abrasion wear resistant coating is the high performance high temperature resistant,wear abrasion resistant and
corrosion resistant polymeric ceramic material which is made of high performance abrasion wear resistant,corrosion resistant material(such as alumina,
silicon carbide,carborundum and titanium alloy etc.) and modified toughening heat resistant resin.Widely used in the preparation of anti wear abrasion
resistant coating on the surface of various machine part which has high temperature resistant,abrasion wear resistant or corrosion resistant requirements.
The highest temperature resistant can reach to 250 degree,the recommended using temperature is 150 degree.

How to use:
1.Surface treatment:Do the coarsening treatment on the pending-repair part,grinding with angle grinder or sand blasting etc.
2.the surface after coarsening treatment should be cleaned with ethyl ester or acetone etc.cleaning agent,the surface after this treatment should be the one coarsening,dry and fresh substrates,should be no greasy dirt and dust.
3.Preparation:According to weight ratio A:B= 4:1,make A and B two components of BD725 high temperature wear resistant coating mix uniformly,and use it
up within 40 min.Generally it’s while construction and configuration.Every time the most configuration quantity is not more than 2Kg,too much adhesive is
solidified too fast,hasn’t been used up until the adhesive has partial solidified and can’t be used.According to the actual temperature,configuration can be
properly a little more in winter and proper less in summer.If the temperature is too low,can properly heat up the A component to reduce the viscosity for easy
4.Coating:The suitable coating thickness of BD725 high temperature wear abrasion resistant coating is 3-8mm. Make the mixed-up material be coating on the pending-repair part layer by layer,the adhesive layer should be compacted,make it infiltrate fully with the substrates.Repair the surface to be smooth after the
coating is coated in the suitable size.This material can not do machining,should pay attention to controlling the coating thickness to avoid appearing interference phenomenon in the assembly.
5.Curing:It can be put into using after curing for 24 hours at the temperature of 25 degree,when the temperature is below 15 degree,the adhesive layer can't
be fully curing,should heat it up to the temperature of 80 degree and keep this temperature for 2 hours to promote the coating to be curing fully after the
coating initial curing(can use the iodine tungsten lamp to do irradiation heating with 40cm distance from the coating)
